Our Return Policy
We offer returns and exchanges on most products within 30 days of receipt. Even if you’ve worn the shoes in the wild, we want to make sure you’re completely satisfied with your purchase.
Important Notes for Apparel:
You still have 30 days to return or exchange apparel, but the item must have its original labels intact and be unused.
Final Sale Items:
Certain items are not eligible for returns or exchanges. These include:
Gift cards
Insoles
Items marked as “Final Sale” on our website or in Clorts retail stores, due to health and safety reasons.
Return Shipping Costs
We’ll take care of return shipping costs if the return is due to a defect or an error on our part (e.g., wrong size or item).
For returns due to personal preference (e.g., wrong size, change of mind), you will be responsible for return shipping costs.
Shipping fees from the original order are non-refundable.
Clorts Store Return Policy
Full Price and Excess Styles can be returned within 30 days.
Returns for these items must be made at our outlet locations only.
Improper Purchasing & Returns Activity
Our consumer rights and policies are intended solely for the benefit of end consumers, not for those purchasing products for resale. If Clorts determines that a purchase is intended for resale or involves fraudulent activity (such as unusually high return rates), we reserve the right to take the following actions:
Suspend or reject any returns or exchanges related to such purchases.
Take steps to prevent such activities, including restricting sales, canceling orders, charging restocking fees, imposing purchase quantity limits, and/or suspending or closing customer accounts.
This policy is designed to protect the interests of genuine consumers and to ensure that our products are used as intended.
Our Right to Reject Purchases or Returns
Clorts reserves the right to limit, decline, or reject any orders or returns, at our sole discretion, for legitimate business reasons such as product availability or inventory management. This includes the right to refuse returns or exchanges for items that are not in resellable condition or do not meet our return criteria.
We are committed to acting in good faith and upholding consumer rights, and customers will be notified promptly if there are any issues regarding their order or return.
Product Condition for Returns & Exchanges
Shoes: You can return or exchange your shoes within 30 days, even if you’ve worn them outdoors, provided they are in resellable condition.
Apparel: Returns must be made within 30 days, and the item must be unused, with the original labels intact.
Non-returnable items: Products that show significant signs of wear, damage, or are missing labels or tags will not be eligible for a return or exchange.
How to Return or Exchange an Item
To begin a return or exchange, please follow the instructions provided on our website or contact our customer service team at [email protected]. For exchanges, you may need to place a new order to receive the correct size or style.
Refund Processing
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Refund processing may take up to 2-3 weeks, depending on your payment provider. If you choose to exchange an item or opt for store credit, this will be processed immediately upon receipt of the returned product.
