Shipping and Return Policy

Transportation Costs:
Standard Shipping: Starts at $7
Expedited Shipping: Starts at $15
All applicable fees will be clearly displayed during checkout before you complete your order.
Shipping, Handling, and Order Deadlines:
Transit Time: Typically, shipments take between 1 to 10 business days (Monday to Friday).
Order Cut-Off Time: 05:00 PM EST (New York).
Order Processing Time: 1-5 business days (Monday to Friday).
Expedited Shipping: 7-10 business days.
Orders placed after 5:00 PM EST will be processed the next business day. We do not process or ship orders on public holidays or non-working days. Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary due to factors such as weather, holidays, or carrier delays.
Change of Address:
Once your order has shipped, the shipping address cannot be changed. If you need to modify the shipping address, please contact us at [email protected] within 24 hours of placing your order. After that, we cannot guarantee address changes.
Tracking Your Order:
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email, so you can track your package until it arrives at your address.
Order Cancellations:
If you change your mind before your order has shipped, you can cancel your order at any time before it ships.

Damaged Packages in Transit:
If your package is damaged during transit, please reject the package upon delivery and immediately contact our customer service team.

We do not process or ship orders on public holidays or non-working days.

Important Note:
We are not liable for any delays caused by customs clearance or payment approval issues. Once a product is shipped, delivery times are largely dependent on the shipping carrier, and we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates.
Returns and Exchanges:
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:
The product must be returned with the original receipt or proof of purchase.
The product must be in original condition with original packaging, documentation, and tags still attached.Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the purchase, unless you choose to exchange the item or opt for store credit.
